North Coast Jiu-Jitsu Club

One of our instructors will greet you as you enter the academy, and you’ll have the opportunity to change into whatever comfortable, workout style clothes you have before class. Each class begins with a brief stretching and warm up period.

Once the warm-up is completed, we practice some basic techniques. Students are welcome to ask questions during instruction, and everybody is encouraged to train at whatever pace they feel comfortable with.
