The Chef Tasting Menu (5:00 P.M. – Close) begins with a choice of Celery Root Soup, Deviled Egg Cupcakes, Crab Fondue Dip, or Roasted Beet & Apple Salad. Mains include a choice of Sweet Potato Gnocchi, Pan Seared Salmon, 72 Hour Sous Vide Short Rib, or Chicken Saltimboca.
